Services Strategic Facilitation
When dealing with challenging issues, it is often a good strategy to bring in an external facilitator whose only role is to help you reach your desired outcomes through a structured process and full participation. Research has shown that those who participate in a strategic decision-making exercise are more apt to buy in on a strategic direction.
Such an exercise also creates a common language and reference point when challenges inevitably arise from the desired outcomes. Participants can remind each other of the due diligence process conducted in reaching the final outcomes, and express it in a common language of the facilitation.
