Fees

Learning & development to improve knowledge, processes, and therefore confidence, should be viewed as an investment, not a cost. The question “can we afford to do it?” should be followed by the question “can we afford not to do it?” When you consider the ROI (Return on Investment) and the ROE (Return on Expectations) the benefits become very cost effective.

Fees are based on activities or time requirements:

• Executive Coaching   
  • 3 month retainer package – total 6 hours of coaching, $1,200;
  • 6 month retainer package – total 14 hours coaching, $2,800. Call or email for more details 
• Strategic Planning Facilitation – $1,000
• Weekend Retreat – $2,000 (+ travel expenses if required)
• 1 day workshop (1 morning & 1 afternoon workshop) – $1,000
• 1/2 day workshop – $600
• Keynote speaker – $800
