Executive Coaching
Into the Realm of Possibility
Executive Coaching is an open-ended, inquiry-based conversation to co-create new pathways to resolve issues. While consulting focuses more on finding solutions to organizational challenges, coaching focuses on individual supported self-learning, A coach is in service to the client as a thinking partner, posing challenging and often uncomfortable questions, not bringing answers.
Is coaching worth the invesment? International Coaching Federation (ICF) studies show that coaching ususally generates a ROI of between $4 to $8 for every coaching dollar invested.
There are three service offerings provided:
One-on-one coaching, including laser coaching (30 minute sessions)
Team Coaching
When teams struggle to perform at a high level, a team coaching approach can enhance their processes, relationships and performance by challenging the status quo and leveraging strengths already brought to the team dynamic.
360º Feedback review
Many employees fear the dreaded 360º feedback annual review, because in most cases, it is done wrong. When used properly, this tool can be a positive and effective professional development opportunity.
